WA:Too early to declare drought's end despite heavy rains.

PERTH, Feb 21 AAP - Despite thunderstorms bringing heavy rain to some parts of south-westWestern Australia it was too early to declare the drought's end, according to the state'sfarmers.
"It's too early to say if the drought has broken," Colin Nicholl, WA Farmers Federationpresident, said.
